Skill Name: Horo-Horo no Mi (Hollow-Hollow Fruit)
Skill Type: Devil Fruit
Skill Information: By consuming the Horo-Horo no Mi, one gains the ability to create ghosts of a variety of forms. They vary in tangibility and size, and wield either the ability to sap the willpower of enemies or the ability to explode, damaging people and objects in the blast radius.

Skill Strengths:
- Extremely long range (the ghosts have a leash of 35 meters); it’s possible for the user to fight an entire battle without their main body appearing once.
- Ghosts can be either tangible or intangible, for increased range in what one can do
- This ability allows for the user to have an influence over an extremely large area.
Skill Weaknesses:
- Many of the more powerful techniques require the user’s body to enter a comatose state. While in said state, they are sitting ducks for any who discover them.
- As the ability is made for long range, the user lacks options in close range combat.
- As with any Devil Fruit, the user is paralyzed by water.

T1 Technique Name: Negative Ghosts
T1 Technique Type: Support
T1 Technique Cool Down: Four posts
T1 Technique Information: The user focuses his energy and creates 8 intangible ghosts. These ghosts, when they pass through people, cause negative feelings such as sorrow and despair to flow through the person they passed through. This completely immobilizes people of a lower tier, and reduces the speed of people of the same tier by three levels. The ghosts last for 2 posts.

T1 Technique Strengths:
- Makes it easier for the user’s other attacks to hit

T1 Technique Weaknesses:
- Has no effect on people already filled with negative emotions

T1 Technique Name: Ghost Bombs
T1 Technique Type: Offensive
T1 Technique Cool Down: 3 posts
T1 Technique Information: The user creates 5 small, tangible ghosts that he then scatters around for 10 meters in front of him. The ghosts move towards the nearest target and explode on them, damaging them. The explosions have a radius of two meters, and the ghosts last for one post.

T1 Technique Strengths:
- One of the few ways the user can deal with close range opponents
T1 Technique Weaknesses:
- The ghosts are fairly slow and easy to run from

T1 Technique Type: Support/Offensive
T1 Technique Cool Down: Six posts
T1 Technique Information: The user creates 4 human-size, tangible ghosts akin to shambling zombies. They are slow, but strong, and are excellent at doing menial chores around both the office and the ship. The ghouls last for 3 posts.

T1 Technique Strengths:
- The ghouls have very powerful attacks
- With the ghouls around, the user almost never has to do any additional labor

T1 Technique Weaknesses:
- The ghouls are even slower than the bomb ghosts, and are thus avoided even by a slow runner
- Unlike all other ghosts, these ghosts cannot float or fly

T1 Technique Type: Support
T1 Technique Cool Down: 10 posts
T1 Technique Information: The user creates a spirit version of themselves, while their physical body becomes unconscious. The spirit body is intangible and can use any attacks that the main body could. Once the projection is released, it takes 2 posts for the main body to regain consciousness enough to fight. The projection lasts 6 posts.

T1 Technique Strengths:
- Allows the user to become involved in a fight without putting themselves in danger.

T1 Technique Weaknesses:
- The user’s body is completely vulnerable while using this technique. If the main body can be found before the projection is dispelled, the user can be decimated.

T1 Technique Name: Ghost Mine
T1 Technique Type: Offensive
T1 Technique Cool Down: 3 posts
T1 Technique Information: The user creates a single medium sized intangible ghost. When the user says, “Bang”, the ghost will explode in a 5 meter radius, dealing damage to whoever is there. The ghost lasts for two posts, and can be detonated at any time.

T1 Technique Strengths:
- Allows the user to create sneak attacks with explosions from below

T1 Technique Weaknesses:
- Only one ghost can be created at a time, unlike other skills

- Makes it easier for the user’s other attacks to hit

T1 Technique Weaknesses:
- Has no effect on people already filled with negative emotions
