Business Casual: Wearing a black full body battle suit that covers the entirety of his body. On top of that, he wears the a buttoned up white dress shirt, with a tie and a suit. The shirt is tucked into some form of business shorts. He wears flipflops instead of dress shoes, and shades that tucks into some slots on the side of his head, allowing him to hold them up. His suit and tie typically changes depending on how silly he's feeling, but generally will always wear the typical white dress shirt and flipflops.

Personality:
James: James attempts to come off as a stoic and anti-social man. He discourages people to interact with them unless they need to. When people do need his aid, James makes an attempt to seem friendly so that they will come to him when they need to - for business only of course - any other time he discourages conversation unless it is with a close friend by leaving simple yes or no questions to any small talk. The prime example being, 'Wow, the weather sure is nice, huh?' 'Yep.' Unless he needs to, typically he tries to cut any conversation short. This attitude is in large part as hiding his identity as him being 'Business Casual.' He tends to keep people out of his life, for their own protection, but mainly due to the fact that having a full-time job and being a full-time super hero is also super time consuming as is. He will throw out the occasional pun, insult or joke, usually at his expense, but it is a rare sight.

Besides being anti-social, James is also fairly ambitious. Before becoming the really cool hero, he had a dream of entering the business life and eventually becoming the owner of a successful business. He tends to over-work himself, focusing on both his time as Business Casual and his real life work of both maintaining a steady income for himself and his to-be business. He tends to rock the frugal life style - eating nothing but cheap foods with some home grown veggies. As a hobby, he tends to work on machinery, most of the times it being gadgets for Business Casual to use due to his lack of any useful powers.

Business Casual - A more aloof type character. Business Casual - James' alter ego - tends to be a little less anti-social and a lot more welcoming. He tends to be a lot more social, while not being an all action type of hero. He relies on having information about his enemy, which he usually gets from simple police reports, other heroes who have encountered his enemy, or nearby cameras. Whatever he information he can get a hold of he tends to try and use in combat. Most of the time however, he improvises. Rather than having information on a specific individual, he tries to get a layout of his environment and use that instead. Machinery used to pin-down someone stronger than the typical human, a long maze of an abandoned office halls booby-trapped for some pursuing thugs.

He also tends to be cocky. He allows himself to be, to allow the stress of an anti-social life to ease off a bit. He tends to take fights a lot less seriously than he should, often trying to make conversation with villains while mid-combat.
