Skill Set Name: The Elementalist
Classifcations: Blaster, Shaker, Striker
Skill Set Information:

The Elementalist is strictly speaking an offensive skill. It uses the powers of Ice, Fire, and Lightning to strike her foe down with extreme prejudice. As a rule of thumb for her though, Fire tends to be much more long ranged, Ice tends to be more AOE, and lightning is closer ranged, though all three of them can do one or the other to varying efficiency.

As well, each of the different elements has a different effect when they make contact with something. Fire explodes, Ice freezes the hit target, and lightning shocks you and may add a slow.

Passives:

Eye colours change when using an element. The colour changes corresponding to the element: Red for fire, Blue for Ice, and yellow for lightning. As well, there is an aura around the user, the colour of which also corresponds to the elemental colour. It lights up the area around them.

Skill Set Strengths:
As a whole, The Elementalist is a very powerful, offensive class. The abilities hit hard and leave nothing undesirable. As well, it hits all ranges fairly well, whether it’s long range, short range, in between or all around. The user can topple buildings or freeze lakes, and even melt steel with pure lightning. The offensive presence is amazing.

As well, there is also a bit of utility in it as well, with the Ice and Lightning elements, though it is much less noticeable than the offensive pressure.

Skill Set Weakness:
To put it simply, the Elementalist makes the user into a glass cannon. The user of this ability has no defensive presence at all. While the user is shooting off powerful looking lasers that are toppling buildings, they tend not to be able to take such hits very well. No shields, no traps, minimal disengage to run. When the user fully commits they better hope they get the kill.

Also, anyone with a good enough defense and can take whatever the user can pump out should be able to win without much of a problem

Technique Description: The user presses their hands together and generates a fireball. The user molds it, before firing out a 50cm x 25cm capsule at the target, which travels at a long range. When either the capsule reaches max distance or collides with a target, it explodes. The blast zone’s diameter is 4 meters. If the foe is hit with the cylinder, they take full damage while if they are hit with the explosion the take half damage. The damage cannot double up, and the user is not immune to its effects. As it is fire, it burns things. If the target is hit by the capsule/the explosion, then they are knocked back 3 meters.

Technique Description:
The user either spreads out their arms, or curls their hands into fists one in front of the other before their face, and releases ice cold wind out around them at a short distance or in a cone at a medium distance respectively. The cone’s circumference is 10 m at the widest and grows smaller as it gets closer to the user. Users caught in it begin to have bits of ice grow on them, slowing them by 5 speed. If their speed would drop to 0 it would drop to one instead. The slow stops the moment that they leave the ice blast, though the ice on them persists for another post. The ice has no mechanical value.

The user coats their fists in lightning to be used to punch things. The power of this technique is equal to half the user's energy and half the strength, added up. If the user hits a target, the foe is slowed by 10. If their speed would drop to 0, they are stunned and cannot move for a post.
