| Skill Name: Way of the Ten Thousand Armed Goddess Skill Type: Hana Hana no Mi a Paramecia Devil Fruit Skill Strengths:
- The Main Strength of this fruit is the ability to sprout multiple body parts on any surface around the user. The fruit allows the user to always have the element of surprise in battle, though that isn't the only benefit this fruit gives for fighters. The user can take on multiple enemies at once. Speed and Strength while still factors in battle become less crucial when fighting the user as they almost always have the opportunity to bring a foe into surprise submission. This strength is not only incredibly useful in battle, it is also valuable in information gathering.
- By combining a great deal of limbs and melding them together the Hana Hana eater can form intricate patterns in order to create incredible things such as nets, gigantic limbs, or even wings with the ability to fly for a brief time, the possibilities for creations is near endless!
- Eventually when gaining a great deal of experience with the unique abilities of this fruit, the user can even create full body clones of themselves. These clones can vary in size depending on the skills of the user. These clones are also generated fully clothed with the same clothes as the uses at whatever scale needed for them. This is unlocked with Tier 4 techniques.
- The Hana Hana no Mi is usually limited to only being able to create limbs on a surface, but once training hard enough the user can create smaller limbs, such as feet, eyes, hands, etc out of thin air. This is unlocked with Tier 3 skills.
- The user is able to cause serous damage to others with melee attacks by essentially being able multiply the strength of their melee attacks by adding more limbs to their attacks.
- As the user's original limbs are linked to the created ones, that also means anything affecting the user's original limbs such as haki or armor will also be replicated on to the created limbs.
- Range of the Hana Hana:
One of the key factors of the Hana Hana no Mi is its incredible range of attacks, being able to cover entire ships, cities, and hills. For the purposes of this site the range of the technique will be dependent on tier. At Tier one techniques have a 30 meter radius of effect with the user at the center. Each Tier after will increase the radius by 30 meters.
Skill Weaknesses:
- The user cannot form limbs on things such as sea stone.
- The user CAN form things underwater if they themselves are not waist high in salt water, though these things will fade in the post created and are only maintainable for a short amount of time.
- The eater of the Hana Hana no mi has a very unique weakness. The user gains any damage or pain done to their created limbs on their original ones. This huge disadvantage also extends to other fruit abilities affecting the user. For example if the eater of the Hobi Hobi no Mi touched one of the created limbs the user themselves would still be turned into a toy.
- The user cannot create limbs where there is not enough room for them to made.
- Once sprouted the limbs are stuck in the surface they are created on until they're dissolved.
- The power of this fruit is also depended on the user's own strength, each limb is only as strong as the user's original limbs.
- This fruit is meant to be used in long range combat for defense, using their fruit's power to attack the foe no matter where they are. In close combat the user has very little defensive ability. In a close combat ambush the user has little to no options to defend themselves without taking damage.
- The eater of this fruit must cross their fingers when creating large scale techniques with larger limbs. This does not apply to creating small limbs such as eyes, ears, fingers, etc
- Limb System:
The amount of limbs able to be created at one time by this fruit also increased as the eater increases in power demonstrated in One Piece by Robin's progression. Tier 1= 50 limit of 10 being grown on one person Tier 2= 100 limit of 20 being grown on one person Tier 3= 500 limit of 40 being grown on one person Tier 4= 1,000 limit of 70 being grown on one person Tier 5= 2,000 no limit of how many can be grown on one person T1 Technique Name: Shiva T1 Technique Type: Devil Fruit hand to hand T1 Technique Cool Down: duration- up to 5 posts cool down- Posts used plus 2 T1 Technique information: A basic ability, the user sprouts a number of arms and or hands on any surface in range and controls them. The user can dissolve these arms at will and with mere thought, and can grow more arms at any time as long as this technique is still active. T1 Technique Strengths: Gives the user the element of surprise and can be paired easily with haki and unarmed combat abilities. Alternatively the user can sprout these arms on themselves to increase the force of their punches or range of their unarmed attacks. T1 Technique Weaknesses: Relies on the user's own strength in case of combat. Also makes the user a bigger target for damage. Must cross fingers
T1 Technique Name: Vishnu T1 Technique Type: Devil Fruit T1 Technique Cool Down: Duration- Up to 7 posts Cool down- Posts used plus 2 T1 Technique information: The user Sprouts eyes and/or ears on any surface in range effectively increasing her field of vision and hearing and effectively increasing the chance and time to react to things. The user can dissolve these eyes and ears at will and with mere thought, as well as grow more eyes and ears at anytime as long as this technique is still active. T1 Technique Strengths: Great for Information gathering T1 Technique Weaknesses: Can be difficult to use without being noticed as a moving eye on any surfaces is pretty unusual
T1 Technique Name: Ganesh T1 Technique Type: Devil Fruit Hand to Hand T1 Technique Cool Down: Duration- Up to 5 posts Cool down- Posts used plus 2 T1 Technique information: The user sports multiple legs and or feet on a surface T1 Technique Strengths: Can be used for surprise kicks or to increase the force of the user's own kicks. Can also be used to enhance the user's speed by having them run with more legs. The user can dissolve these legs at will and with mere thought as well as grow and bloom more at any time as this technique is still active. T1 Technique Weaknesses: Any damage done to the legs happens to the user making them a bigger target for damage. More difficult to use legs to inflict damage than hands as leg based fighting styles are far more rare than hand based fighting styles. Relies on user's own psychical strength and speed. Must cross fingers.
T1 Technique Name: Devi T1 Technique Type: devil fruit T1 Technique Cool Down: Duration- Up to 7 posts Cool down- Posts used plus 2 T1 Technique information: The user sprouts copies of their face and/or ears on any surface. T1 Technique Strengths: Allows for long distance communication and planning. Creeps people out. Can be used as a distraction. The user can dissolve these faces and ears at will and with mere thought as well as grow and bloom more at any time as this technique is still active. The number of faces able to made scales with tier increase by 5 each tier the user goes up. T1 Technique Weaknesses: Very noticeable. No offensive capabilities in battle. Makes the user a bigger target. Only can sprout one face at T1
T1 Technique Name: Dyaus T1 Technique Type: Devil Fruit T1 Technique Cool Down: Duration- 2 posts Cool down- 4 posts T1 Technique information: The user sprouts a great deal of arms on their own or someone's back that come together to form wings. These wings allows the user to glide and maneuver freely through the air and to flutter in the air for one post which allows them to stay in the air and hover off the ground in the same spot for a post. User can dissolve these wings at will and with mere thought at any time. T1 Technique Strengths: Allows for flight and air maneuverability. Wings could be used as shields though the damage would still be inflicted to the user. T1 Technique Weaknesses: No offensive ability on its own. Can only flutter with them not fly. Damage to the wings goes back to the user.

| Corrections are in RED Do note that if duration of the technique is not specified, it will be considered as 1 post. If it's 2 or more posts, do specify. Also, the Cooldown needs to be higher than the duration. Considering your tech, your Cooldown should be 2 posts higher than the duration, at least. - Alice K wrote:

If you do wish to keep this weakness, or more like a strength to me, do consult with other admins and it shall be discussed. However, from me, this is no no.

Click ME!!!! to find out the max range.
Now, it's not a problem for me to allow you to have 20 meter radius of range regardless if its short, mid, or long range type of attack. However, this is consider as a strength, therefore please, place it under skill strength.
- Limb System:
The amount of limbs able to be created at one time by this fruit also increased as the eater increases in power demonstrated in One Piece by Robin's progression. This skill may be considered as Metagaming because it can be used to figure out other user's location, skill, devil fruit type and such. It will be reviewed by other staffs other than myself. Subject to be changed.

Also, this could be considered as metagaming since you can hear other people' conversation. If not, do specify in tech weakness that this technique only allows the user to communicate and relay messages with their alleys or those who the user wishes.
Also, specify how many faces you can make copies of per use of tech. Since this is still T1, you can only make one copy of your face. You can specify in strength that each tier level the user advance, the amount the user can make copy of at once will increase by X amount.

| Duration and cool downs fixed"I would like you to take this down, from my understanding of the Devil Fruit, soon as the user touches things such as sea salt, haki or those kind, devil fruit's natural enemy, they will lose their power immediately. If you do wish to keep this weakness, or more like a strength to me, do consult with other admins and it shall be discussed. However, from me, this is no no." Though that is usually the case there instances shown through the anime with some devil fruits who can user weaker forms of there abilities underwater as long as they are not themselves fully submerged, the hana hana no mi has shown this ability by being shown blooming limbs underwater as seen here.- Spoiler:
Thank you for the range link though I intended for ranges to scale because it's been shown to be part of the progression in using the Hana Hana, though I did increase the range by 10 after seeing the range listings and put it under strengths. Thanks again!"I am not sure if this can be considered as a weakness. Because, it appears to me that you can also control the size of the eyes and or the ears. They can be concealed very easily. This skill may be considered as Metagaming because it can be used to figure out other user's location, skill, devil fruit type and such. It will be reviewed by other staffs other than myself. Subject to be changed. " If the ears and eyes were created small enough to be concealed easily than that would also impede the vision and hearing abilities of them. A small enough to be concealed eye would be pretty difficult to use to see things as it would be too small, same for the ear when considering hearing. Also metagaming would be my character knowing things automatically without reason, like mind reading or something. I would still need to know where a character is to sprout a limb there, not to mention they would have to be basically saying there plans out loud in the open for me to learn them. I would say it is far from meta gaming, its information gathering, meta gaming would be using ooc information. "Also, this could be considered as metagaming since you can hear other people' conversation. If not, do specify in tech weakness that this technique only allows the user to communicate and relay messages with their alleys or those who the user wishes. Ummm being able to listen to a conversation while hiding is not meta gaming as that is in character gained information, I would have to be using out of character information for it to be considered meta gaming. In character Information gathering is not the same as meta gaming. Also made face scale.

| Looking good, looking good: make sure that you specify the need to show your tell for 'Shiva'.
Now you're a bit confusing on the duration of your abilities. I know that Horse Man told you that the cooldown must be longer than the duration, but just to be clear can you use Vishnu for up to five posts and Shiva up to 3 if you so choose? (and similar patterns with the others' duration subtracted from the cooldown?)

| I can understand the confusion it's no problem. How I imaged it going was using a technique for a certain duration and then paying for how long it was used plus 2. For example I could use shiva for up to 5 posts, but if I used it for its max of 5 posts I wouldn't be able to use it again for 7 posts. It would be different if I only used Shiva for two posts cause then it would only have a cool down of 4 posts and so on and so forth with the other techniques. Does that make sense at all? I know it's a bit different from others. | |

| Well, there's nothing wrong with different, my friend. Now, I think the duration of use begins regardless of how many are sprouted. If you only sprouted one leg for 'Ganesh' that would still be the beginning of the activation and once what was sprouted was dissolved the cooldown would begin and last for 2 posts longer than it had been used, yeah?
I think it makes sense for this fruit to have longer stints of use rather than many brief ones. On top of that, you put forth an excellent effort to earn this fruit via sample and I requested that because this fruit is meant to be above average in potency (as such it should function somewhat differently, I think).
((Also, if you could put in the finger crossing for 'Dyaus' that'd be pretty cool))
