I think we should take out the thing about not being able to post an external link until you've been 7 days here, I mean, you wouldn't be able to add pictures to your apps unless you wait those 7 days

Go to Admin Panel -> General -> Forum -> Security -> Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails : -> No
