Skill Set Information: A unique form of holder magic, Oceanic Melody involves manipulating the power of the sea along with the power of one's voice to improve the status of their allies. Using the necklace around her neck, Laela can summon water from her very fingertips and cast it towards her allies, boosting their potential and sealing their wounds.
Passives:

• Aqueous Form: Using the magic of the amulet, Laela is able to manipulate the air around her to formulate liquid. This also allows her to control said liquid with little to no difficulty, able to manipulate it in a variety of ways.
  
• Aqueous Aura: In the event that there are allies within 5m of Laela, her melody is able to reach them subconciously, healing any ally within said range 2 HP per post.
  
• Aqueous Soul: If there is an enemy within 5m of her who attempts to strike at her, they deal -5 damage towards her, due to the overwhelming innocence of the singer's soul.
  

Skill Set Strengths:

• Fire - Fire attacks made against a user of Oceanic Melody deal half damage.
  
• Lots of this magic is long-range, meaning she doesn't necessarily need to be next to a person in order to aid them.
  

Skill Set Weakness:

• Lightning - Lightning attacks made against a user of Oceanic Melody deal double damage.
  
• These skills rely almost entirely on her amulet and her voice. In the event that either of these two things are unavailable, she is useless.
