Personality:In her former days as a Villain, Natasha was known as being dark, quiet and calculating and had a habit of utilizing minions to do her bidding rather than taking care of things herself. She also was rumored to experiment upon those she captured in her lair and turn some of them even into her own personal slaves, though this has never been confirmed nor denied by Natasha herself.
Her former attitude was, to put it best, cold and arrogant: She never once doubted her abilities and was merciless towards the heroes she captured which earned her the moniker of "Misfortune" due to the fact that any time she had someone in her lair they were unlikely to return unharmed.
However, after leaving her line of villainy to pursue good, she has attempted to change not only her morals but her personality as well: Adopting a kind-hearted if not eccentric personality, she still seems a bit too eager at the idea of performing experiments again on other living individuals but swears to only do so to villains or those who have allowed themselves to be experimented upon in the name of good.
Though she tries to do good, she also has a rather unfortunate habit of always being on the receiving end of backlash when it comes to her efforts and the public still view her mainly as a villain despite her numerous attempts at good deeds. Though Natasha continued to try, confident that one day she will be seen in the good light she believes herself deserves to be in.

Character History: Natasha was the result of two parents who were experimented on as part of a secret Russian project in order to create sleeper agents who would be utterly loyal to the regime while also having enhanced intelligence and abilities beyond those of normal Humans. However, an unforeseen side-effect of this was that Natasha was born with a rather strange looking appearance (unbefitting of an agent that was supposed to be able to be integrated into the normal populace) and her powers were, through most of her childhood, not present and not understood for what they were when they presented themselves.
A childhood rather devoid of friends and of positive influences allowed for Natasha's darker interests and cold mentality to take root and eventually led to her leaving her hometown behind after the grisly and mysterious murder of her parents in the hopes that she would be able to harness her abilities that she had been engineered with and further herself to be more than just a sleep agent for the Russians, but a powerful figure in her own right.
She soon adopted the moniker of 'Misfortune' upon hearing rumors being spread of her villainous deeds and that the unlucky individuals who ran into the still young Natasha often did not return as she had a rather nasty habit of experimenting with the physical forms of those she could lure and capture in order to create minions of her own to make up for the family she lost and the lack of companionship the young girl had.
Although after years of capturing and experimenting upon hapless innocents who had done no more wrong than to simply be in the same room as Natasha, she came to a steady yet stunning revelation that perhaps she could use her abilities not only for her own gain but to help others and perhaps begin to lead a normal life of sorts, or as normal one such as herself could.
However, her years of villainy in combination with this rather sudden desire to do good for people meant that Natasha was distrusted by many in her homeland and furthermore was seen as only attempting to be 'good' in order to save her own skin after narrowly being captured by a Superhuman Capture Team a few months prior to her epiphany.
So in order to perhaps find herself a better life and make a better name for herself, Natasha moved to New York where she sought a job with The Undersiders in the hopes that aligning herself with those who did good within this new country would help her be seen as good herself or at the very least soothe the rather dubious public opinion of her; Though from time to time, she still finds herself being caught in situations that portray her in a negative light and has kept the moniker from her villain days both as a keepsake and as she believes it fits with her new lifestyle of attempting to do good.
