Skill Set Name:Mind over Matter
Classifications:Shaker, Thinker, Breaker.
Skill Set Information:

Tether's powers are seemingly straight forward, but are anything but. Tether's powers are the awareness and manipulation of lines leading to objects and people, Tether can attach these lines to other lines and allow the lines to grow or shrink, which effectively push or pull the object at a pace set by Tether himself.

The lines that Tether creates alter his perception of the world, and subtly guide him in order to keep him from harming himself, likewise the lines that lead to people have color, and if the lines change color it alerts Tether that the person the line leads to is in danger, Tether confirms that he can differentiate between fatal and non-fatal danger.

Tether's body is toughened to be resistant to recoil and whiplash, and extends this protection to whoever he's using his powers on, so as to avoid getting seriously injured whenever he pulls or pushes with his powers particularly hard.


Passives:

Tether-Sense; As explained above, Tether can see when people are in danger by a discoloration in the lines surrounding him and can rush to their aid.
Blue is Neutral, Red is in danger of Injury, and Black is in danger of Dying.

Mastery of Motion; Tether has a strange sense of motion which keeps him from crashing himself or others into things unintentionally, though this is also how he can perceive lines out of his line of sight changing color.

Gwen Stacy Immunity; Tether's body when being pulled or pushed enters a Breaker-state which makes him immune to recoil and whiplash, it also extends this to whoever he's using his power on, would hate to break someone's neck after all.

Skill Set Strengths: Tether's powers while not exactly the most impressive out there, are incredibly versatile and have made Tether a difficult opponent to outmaneuver, having participated in fights against S-class threats and Kaiju alike, his power is almost tailor-made to be a Hero.

Skill Set Weakness: Tether's powers are limited in many ways, for example, to effect an object with his lines, he has to have them in his sights and while his danger sense is a powerful ability for saving people, it doesn't extend to himself making him rather vulnerable to attack if sufficiently distracted.
Tether's power does not allow him to pull or push organic substances, and those with high strength or weight are partially immune to being pushed or pulled.

Strangely enough, Tether's sense of motion is skewed inside cars, which when riding inside them isn't an issue, but makes it impossible for him to drive one, something of a sore spot for him rather than an actual weaknesses.

Technique Description: Tether's main ability, the ability to attach invisible lines to objects in his line of sight(Within one mile of himself.) and push or pull them at a Speed and Strength of 75% of his Energy Stat, the speed and strength of the Push/Pull can be determined by Tether.
Tether's current limit is 500lbs, and those who try to resist must have a Strength stat greater than 75% of his Energy stat.
Tether can manipulate ten Lines at a time.
