| Skill Set Name: Monkey's Hurricane Elemental Property: Wind Stat Specialization: Atk Skill Set Information: Through the use of Haki, Jingee, with some additional brute force can launch the Wind off of his attacks. This allows for Jingee to perform ranged based attacks rather than simple hand to hand fighting. QuriksB: Knock Back - Jingee has the ability to knock back opponents hit by the techniques below for the distance of the technique's range. If the technique hits before the maximum range is reached, the difference is stacked onto the range the opponent would be knocked back for. (Example; Corkscrew Typhoon has a total travel range of six meters. If the target is hit at three meters, they will be sent back for nine meters due to the original six meter knock back, on top of the stacked three meter difference.) Jingee can only knock back a target every third attack. Skill Set Strengths: - Gives a Fighter such as Jingee more ranged with his abilities. - Capable of knocking back opponents and projectiles. - Does blunt force damage. Skill Set Weakness: - Entirely relies on Wind, and cannot be used underwater. - Without Armament Haki, the range by techniques are decreased by 75% of it's usual range and wouldn't knock back opponents. - Logia users, despite Haki being introduced into the techniques, will be mostly immune due to the fact that they can phase through the Wind based attacks unless Jingee actually makes physical contact. - F Rank:
F Rank Technique Name: Monkey's Hurricane: Palm Thrust

F Rank Technique Description: Using Haki, Jingee thrusts his palm in a forward motion towards his attack. This creates a widespread burst of wind capable of slowing down projectile bullets to a non-lethal speed, or even knocking them in the opposite direction depending on the user's strength. It's also capable of knocking opponents back. Range is two meters tall, three meters wide, and travels for three meters before fading.

It is a meter wide and a meter tall.

D Rank Technique Description: Applying Haki to either of his legs, he simply acts as if he were going to leg sweep a single opponent. This attacked is aimed low, and doesn't prioritize damage. Moreso it focuses in stopping enemy advancement towards Jingee, either by forcing them to step back, forcing them into the air, or tripping them up. It is three meters wide, a meter tall, and extends out for four meters in an arc.

C Rank Technique Description: This technique is a two part attack. Jingee infuses either arm in armament Haki before winding his arm back, preparing to attack. After throwing the punch, a funnel of wind will appear to be going straight, however will begin to arc to a different direction. The direction is entirely dependent on the arm used. Punching with the left arm will cause it to arc to the right, and vice versa. The wind funnel is three meters wide, three meters tall, and can travel for nine meters.

C Rank Technique Description: Similarly to the MH:Hook Shot, Jingee infuses either arm in Armament Haki and throw an uppercut. Like the Hook Shot, this is another two part attack involving the wind funnel to arc in a different direction than it originally looked like. However, with either hand the arc will simply launch upwards. The wind funnel is launched at a lower range than the hook shot, around Jingee's waist. The Wind funnel is three meters wide and three meters tall, and can travel for nine meters.

B Rank Technique Description: Infusing either of his legs with Armament Haki, Jingee launches a simple kick towards his opponent. This creates a giant and powerful gust of wind that is capable of massive damage. The giant gust is a mid-ranged technique, having a wide arc of 15 meters, a height of 5 meters. The giant gust travels for 15 meters before fading.
B Rank Technique Name: Monkey's Hurricane: Jumping Clouds.

B Rank Technique Description: This isn't necessarily meant to be an attack, though Jingee has worked it in to be one. While in the air, Jingee infuses both legs with armament Haki and twirls mid-air, feet near the opponent should their be one. After twisting, he begins to kick off of the wind with his Haki, creating a small burst of wind where he kicked off and launching him away. He uses this to mainly travel in mid air. The small burst of range reaches only two meters from where he kicked, and is two meters tall and wide. It launches him nine meters away.

- Using these up close defeat the purpose of being ranged, one of the main strengths. (This is not a weakness, this is common sense. Please find a new weakness. Suggestion, since a majority of your techniques require Haki to be active to be used, a major disadvantage is the fact that, these skills can/will loose force and range by x amount without the presence of Buso Haki. )
- Logia users, despite Haki being introduced into the techniques, will be mostly immune due to the fact that they can phase through the Wind based attacks unless Jingee actually makes physical contact.
