| Skill Set Name: Evolved Pamu Pamu no Mi Elemental Property: Neutral, but some explosions can have different properties Stat Specialization: Devil Fruit, Attack, Utility Skill Set Information: The Pamu Pamu no Mi is a devil fruit that allows the user to inflate and "pop" inorganic objects by touching them. Kira has evolved it's power into the use of priming marks that she can detonate at another time. Quriks Because of the properties of the Pamu Pamu no Mi, Kira has become more grounded, making it harder to blow her away or move her. Other than that, the only difference is in the user's skin. It has been altered slightly so that marks could be placed on it. Skill Set Strengths: Kira's fruit is extrodinarily versatile, allowing not only for normal explosions, but also things such as cold explosions, silent explosions, implosions, life destroying explosions, erasing explosions, the list goes on. Though most of these detonations take time, and cannot be performed normally, they are possible, and if mastered, they can be valuable assets. Skill Set Weakness: The fruit has many weaknesses, but few can managed to fully exploit them. Two such weaknesses are the abilities to outrun or block the explosions. If one spots the detonation early enough, it is possible to avoid being caught in it, or even block it off. There are other weaknesses, but I'll come back to that because I can't think of any more right now.
